Q: How long does the process take?
A: It can be as quick as you need it to be. We can exchange in as little as 24 hours it that’s what is needed.

 

Q: How quickly can I get the money?
A: Your solicitor will release the money as soon as the transaction is completed. In some cases money is required quickly, and we can do this upon exchange of contracts and set the completion date to suit you.

 

Q: I don’t have a solicitor?
A: Good Faith Homey Buyers have a panel of solicitors that will act for you. This will be at NO COST to you.

 

Q: Can I use my own solicitor?
A: Absolutely, We will cover their fees up to $500

 

Q: Will anybody know about the sale?
A: No, it’s completely 100% confidential. There a no for sale/sold signs, nobody will know about your sale.

 

Q: If I am being repossessed, and I have decided to sell to you, can we tell the people who are repossessing us that we have agreed to a sale?
A: Yes, but there is really no need to worry about this, as we will contact your lenders on your behalf, along with our solicitors to inform them of our intentions. We will ask your lenders for a settlement figure with your authority and arrange for the repossession to be STOPPED. The loan amount will then be paid off in full.

Q: Do I have to accept the offer straight away?
A: Not at all. You are under no obligation to accept any offer. This is your property and your decision.
